Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel, Bedford

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a big bed, complimentary fruit and cake, but unfortunately, they had an interconnecting door that made it easy to hear neighbors, especially during breakfast with a view of the carpark. However, staying for 4 nights allowed me to enjoy the ample space and the provided amenities, like the pod coffee machine.

The hotel had nicely decorated and decent-sized rooms with amazing views. They were clean, fresh, and had a comfy bed with a welcoming selection of teas and coffee. The service was top-notch, especially during our evening meal and brilliant breakfast. I will definitely return to this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit small for two people, were nice and the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The service, including room service and housekeeping, was warm, welcoming, cheerful, and very helpful. The location was central and convenient, but I was occasionally disturbed at night by loud noises outside. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a variety of self-service options available. Overall, a good value for the price.

I stayed at the hotel for £88.40 and found the room to be enormous, very convenient, and comfortable. However, there was no storage at all, and the room on the 6th floor had a strong smell of Cannabis.
